"The delay was a little annoying but the driver contacted me to keep me updated so it wasn't too bad, and traffic was quiet so I reached my destination reasonably quickly.
The overall 1* rating s because of the cost. I am not familiar with Cheltenham so did not question the price charged. I was astonished when taking a cab back to the station for which I paid cash, to discover that the usual fare was only £11! I therefore have no need for any vouchers as I will not be using the service again."
