Return flight was delayed by 30 mins and bizarrely, we had to call and wait for the driver... although understandable as he would have to pay any excess parking cost himself, it turns out. Tendency to drive occasionally with both hands off the wheel... i would have failed my driving test for that.
Another piece of feedback, the original vehicle offered outbound had an 04 number plate, implying it was 20 years old. We were aiming to catch a flight and it didn't inspire us. Turns out it was a Peugeot 5008, relatively modern where I assume the driver kept his plate to save changing his registration. Might be worth discouraging that practice."
