"Outward and return journeys were excellent, drivers on time and helpful. No problems. My major problem was with the Taxicode booking system which was a nightmare. Your systems don’t allow changes, and for a minor change (of terminal at the airport, notified within 10 minutes of the original booking) I was advised by your man that I needed to cancel and rebook. For the pleasure of that, you charged me £221. Yes, eventually refunded, after much hassle, but I am very unlikely to book with Taxicode again. You simply must improve your systems. You are welcome to publish this!"
