"driver was stuck in traffic and 55 mins late - we didn’t mind at this wasn’t his fault. however next time it would be nice to be given the contact number of the driver beforehand, as when we arrived we were worried that he wasn’t there, and had no number to contact him on. he then messaged to say that he was stuck in traffic, however this was already 20 mins after the booked time, and therefore we were very stressed! it would have been good to receive a message from the driver a few hours before the meeting time, so that we had a number to contact him on, and could confirm that he was actually coming. the rest of the journey was good."
