"I appreciate that its expensive to sit in airport waiting parks, but it would have been helpful to have received a message before I flew asking me to ring the driver and what the contact numbers were. I instead it waited until I switched on my phone, after I was outside the terminal to receive an unclear voice mail, asking me to ring the driver. the driver was great but it meant I was waiting 20 minutes after a flight landed at a very late hour. the drive was good and he was helpful and nice, although very limited english, which didn't help our communications "
